We can all use a little more nature in our lives. In fact studies show that we are happiest and healthiest when we are surrounded by the natural world. So why not bring a little nature into your weekly spreads... I personally love plant based spreads during summer and spring to reflect the seasonal change. However, that being said plants aren’t exclusive to said seasons. It’s the beginning of a new season; spring for some, autumn for others. Nevertheless March is the month of transition from planning to action. And yes green is a crucial colour to March but the key lies in the shade and tone, and how other colours can effect the look and feel.
